Weather and wifi?

Hey gang - Can anybody tell me if there's a weather program out there that can update using wifi only...or better yet, during an activesync? I currently have SPB Weather and it will not do it. I don't have a data plan and just use my wifi wherever I can find it.

Speaking of wifi, any word about a fix for the Helmi WM6 WPA wifi issue yet?

Thanks in advance!

I use SBSH Pocket Weather. I update it thru my wifi connection at home or at any FREE hot spot. It, I believe, updates when I use my active sync on my laptop and communicating with my wifi. hth.

I use WeatherPanel. I update all the time using wifi only. I tell it to auto update, but not to establish a connection. It will then update only when it has a wifi connection. Never tried it with activesync, but it should work the same way. You can also manually update whenever you have a internet connection.

Thanks for both suggestions. Actually, I purchased a copy of SBSH after reading the first post and it worked great, updating through ActiveSync and wifi, without a data plan. So, much appreciated advice!
