Initially, I never installed your first version. Later, I tried installing your first version in main storage, then I installed v1.1 over that and removed them, and they removed fine with no lingering notifications. The notifications from the ExtendedRom version still linger. The reason to install apps into the Extended Rom is that it represents about 8 megabytes of storage. I install S/W there, and leave main storage for the more volatile stuff (ie cache, etc).
