Help With Picture Mail

Hello, Does Anyone Knows Why? When I Get Picture Mail Animation From Verizon Or At&t Users I Cant Play It I Can Hear It And The Picture Does Not Move. I Have A Mogul From Sprint .No Matter What Phone I Have From Sprint It Does The Same Thing.can Anyone Help Me Or Do I Need Different Software.
