Is there a way to make the internet on the windows mobile to work like the internet on the iphone? I'm talking about web browsing and making the app scroll the same.

Nope. Both those browsers are no good because they fail at various tasks that you expect to be able to do. No flash, no YouTube, no SSL I believe. All you get is the ability to scroll with a finger swipe and do some zooming. The upcoming Opera Mobile 9 is the next best bet.

you can finger swipe scroll in PIE and other windows that have a scroll bar when you install the apps that come with the cube. i can't remember if it is a standalone app or not but search and you will find it.

Opera 9 is going to be the closet thing we'll see as far as the iPhone type browswer for windows mobile.

It's not out yet, but should be out sometime 1Q of this year.

I don't think they have an open beta version that's out to the public. Trust me, a bunch of us are waiting for this release so when they do come out with it you'll see it all over.
