Looks to be the same....
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=14326 I installed it today....not too bad, not sure I'll keep it though. the today plugin is only the 4 buttons on the bottom, the left button opens a new menu window. I still use HTC Home, just added this.

I've followed this a little at XDA. It's new and interesting, but it seems like a launcher application more then anything else. Personally I still prefer HTC Home, but that's just me.
