Unhappy Noaa weather tracker

Is there any software or anything out there to get the radar on http://www.nws.noaa.gov/ to actually function properly. I use this website on my home computer all the time to keep up with the weather but the radar doesn't seem to work at all on my Mogul, like there isn't a proper Java app installed on it or something. The radar is split into a bunch of different boxes.

Help Please. Thanks -Phones

Are there any weather panels that do not use vision services, just cell connect to get weather information? I have a mogul and would like to add local weather but when I use a lot of currently listed programs it tries to provision the phone. I only use wifi limited so connecting to get weather updates through cell service is preferable even if it means using minutes a few times a day. Thanks,
Alan
