Question Questions regarding Icube cab files

First off, as everyone can tell I am rather new here. I plan on being quite active though. Big props to all the developers and intelligentsia that make all of this possible.

I have installed the PocketCM and Slide2Unlock with very few problems ( i have since removed the Slide2Unlock). I really like the concept and design of iCube posts and files and am eager to try them. I have downloaded the V1.10 and installed it on my HTC Mogul. I know that it has been only approved for the Touch, but a couple of replies to the thread led me to believe that it seems to work on the Mogul as well.

My issue is that after installation, I have the iCube folder and the anims and gifs but I can't find the launcher in any of my folders. Not even a set-up. I have really searched, but given my propensity for over looking the obvious, I figured I would just through the question out there, "What am I doing wrong?"

thanks for any and all replies I get.
