Best out there in my opinion. Smallest memory footprint, can be set to close programs upon pressing X. Also has an optional "enhanced" start menu that adds a list of running programs to the top of the menu. Very nice for switching back and forth. But just so you know, X-button can be set to close on tapping the X as well (by default it may be press-and-hold, but a simple config change fixes that).

+1 for QuickMenu.
As for setting up QuickMenu: 1. Unzip the .rar file on your pc. 2. Connect your ppc via ActiveSync. 3. Create a new folder in your programs folder called QuickMenu. 4. Drag the QuickMenu.exe and the two .dll files to the new folder that you just made. 5. Tap on the .exe to start the program. It's pretty straight forward. Let us know if you have any other questions.
