Want my phone to pronounce who is calling

I have an HTC Touch Pro2 and no matter what ROM I try, Voice Command makes my phone unusable (when the headphone jack is plugged in, the other caller cannot hear me for the first 10 seconds of the phone call).

I have to disable Voice Command, which is no big deal, but then I lose the feature where it pronounces who or what number is calling.

There has gotta be a separate program that does this. I've been searching for hours and cannot find one, however. If someone could just name it for me, I'd be eternally grateful!

I'm using an Energy ROM which has that feature. I can't figure out what controls that but maybe someone in that thread can tell you.

Aw, come on guys. I somehow doubt there's a program to tell me how fast I'm driving but not one to pronounce incoming calls.
