Rapidshare announced a new pricing scheme on 7/6. The "Premium" account is now just another name for the old free account and has the same limits and waiting.

Hence the title "For Cooks." This thread is not about getting a fancy new RS account which will allow you to dl gb's of warez without limits, it is about a way for cooks to create an account which will allow them to organize their uploads more easily.
