Of course you can cut mp3s on your computer with programs like adobe audition and such, but is there APP that will work for the 700w that lets you cut mp3s that are on the phone and make them into ringtones?

There are programs to do this ON YOUR PC but none that will actually do this ON the phone. Search download.com for "mp3 splitter," you'll find hundreds
