HTC Plus Today Plug In

I really like HTC Plus (Today Plug-in) V2.0 build 28938, it is working fine on my mogul. However, when I check the battery status on the quick launch menu then try it from the today screen the comm manager comes up. So, how can I redirect it to show the battery level? A step by step guide would be much appreciated. Thank you for your help.

looks really cool, but HTC home is more robust with its cool weather and contact shortcuts.
