Just a couple of simple changes...
In the Bing.confg file I changed:
Code:
<add key="UseAppServerUpdates" value="True"/>
to
Code:
<add key="UseAppServerUpdates" value="False"/>
Then in the CAB file I removed the Setup.dll file. Which is what I forgot to do before... Hope this helps!

I tried editing the same line in the config file, but didn't know to remove the setup.dll file.
