but when i try to install the old one to Storage card and i try to install the new one to the device, it asks me to uninstall the old one. *shrugs*

When I get home I will see if I can find it, not sure of which computer it is on, if I can't I can pull it from my Intrepid I keep the cabs on my card just in case.

Ok now lets see, I have never posted a program before so not sure I know how to do it.

Well dang I guess that was not as hard as I had antisipated.
Anyway this is the live search I used, it will tell you there is an update, I just ignored it, it still gets it's info from the same place as the new one so why?!

I do have both the new Bing, and this live search installed on the storage card.

seemed to work for me, but the resolution is kinda of off. is there a live search for wvga?

Just a note on the livesearch that I posted, I just tried to use it a couple of days ago, told me there was an update available, then shut it's self down, had to do a soft reset tried it twice, I guess Microsoft is adamant about only allowing certian devices to use their search engine, idiots!!!

has anyone figured out how to use the search to get directions to an existing contact? I find Bing takes an awfully long time to search my existing contacts for an address. and then doesn't respond with any info. I do have many (~3500) contacts, but Google and the old Bing handled them fine.
