Best current web Browser (QVGA/VGA) ?

Just worndering what people's thoughts are on "a better browser" for WM 6.5 (QVGA/VGA)?

I've used the built in IE (newer 6.5.5 builds) and still I think it's slow and slugish, and over all, not impressed. I tried Opera 10 mobile for a little but, loading pages was a lot faster but, still slugish on my old titan/xv6800.

Just wondering if there is a better browser than IE and Opera that supports QVGA...and people's thoughts on it...

I suggest you download and try the version of Opera Mobile 9.5 from NFSFAN's 6.5 Vogue Rom thread. I know when I had my QVGA Vogue I liked 9.5 the best with flash lite.

Does any new browser run great and give flash support (that does not take a ton of memory to run) ?

I think Skyfire is really the only one that handles Flash (at the moment) but it is a memory hog

x2 for Opera Mini. I've been using Opera Mini since I owned my Motorola e816. Absolutely love it.

Didn't know anyone else used ucweb. I wouldn't call any browser the best though.

Re: Best current web Browser (QVGA/VGA) ?

I tried UZardwebP, yea, I got it working but, flash is a slide show on my Titan. It's a beta version, very buggy and needs a ton of memory just to run, never mind open a site.

I also tried UCweb as others have suggested, it seems to run pretty quick but, it's a Mobile browser (showing mobile versions of sites, and some sites won't work right because of it) and no flash support.

Any other options with low overhead and flash support ?

Re: Best current web Browser (QVGA/VGA) ?

There really isn't one browser that does it all well. I have 3 or 4 browsers I use regularly depending on my browsing needs. Skyfire is the best with flash but it is rather sluggish and memory hungry, Opera Mini is the fastest but has quirks, Opera 10 gets the most use and the Netfront browser isn't half bad but gets used the least.
