WeatherPanel- Would it ever be possible to...

make it run like an executable program. I don't really like having it under my HTC plug in. I really like how some people have made it its own tab with programs like spb mobile shell, etc, however I don't want to spend $30 on a program I only need for its today plug in. I have done a search and I know that it runs off of dll's or something. I really don't understand all this stuff, but would it ever be possible even in the distant future to assign it a button and make it run like a normal program?

You can't, it's not an exe, just a today plug-in. And since there's no more developer, that's how it will stay.
