Save Call History - Texts

Surely been asked and answered, but I'm not finding it .....

between flashes, is there some way to save/restore your call history and sms text history? This would be on Win 6.5.x and manila 2.5 (Energy ROM).

Microsoft MyPhone is what I use and it works great for me.

MyPhone, pimbackup, Sprite Backup, SPB backup, PhoneLog, or for the brave, the good old fashion raw db file backup

ps. I do ALL of the above exept for spb, and I rely on sprite for the raw db backup

edit. for the sim card noobs, there is always the option to backup to the sim card, but I would make sure you have other backups first as you many end up with duplicates

And I HIGHLY recommend PPC PIMBackup. It allows you to backup your Contacts, Appointments, Call History, Speed Dials, Messages, and even some files. Just make sure you save the backup to your storage card so you can restore it after a flash!

Thank you all. Testing PIM Backup now. Looks promising. I have an Exchange server for most of this, but the call logs and SMS messages will be nice.
