ClearTemp v1.3.1 (freeware) Helps Regain & Manage Your WM PPC Main Storage

Attached below is ClearTemp v1.3.1 Final by Vicott Wong. This software is useful for anyone that may be in need of a freeware program to help regain some Main Storage Memory on their Windows Mobile PPC phones. ClearTemp is especially helpful for anyone that runs into the Windows Mobile Critically Low Main Storage Memory Warning. Plus, it includes options that allow the user to move the Cache Folder and Mail Attachments to the Storage Card. ClearTemp can also be set up to clear data in three specific folders. An example for recent HTC PPC phones, is the Application Data/HTC/HTC Album/Cache folder, which can load up with 10 megabytes or more of thumbnails and other data over time. To set up clearing this folder, click on ClearTemp's Menu, then click on Options, then Main Settings, and set up this specific folder path option. Once you have selected the folders that you would like ClearTemp to clean. Remember to save your settings, by clicking on Menu at the bottom of the screen, and then click Apply Settings.

Thank you WanderingMinstrel & Sprints700wx for the thanks and comments. Cheers! And yes... ClearTemp v1.3 really is a nice version update. Plus, so far, it appears to work well with WM6.5.x, and it's freeware to boot. In addition, from the fairly casual tests done here, ClearTemp is one of the lightest cleaner installs available, as well as one of the fastest in regard to actual cleaning times. Granted, it does not have all the options of MemMaid or SKTools. Nonetheless, for what ClearTemp is intended to do, it's hard to beat in terms of speed, size, and cost.

i've been using this and was wondering what other folders should be put in the "custom folders". i had the htc-album-cache assigned but was wondering what other folders i should assign to be cleared. thanks

For those interested, ClearTemp has been updated to v1.3.0.1. This update includes a screen positioning fix that works for some 6.5.x ROM versions.

This application rocks. I kept running out of space and manually deleting everything often which is a slow process. I downloaded ClearTemp v1.3 and configured only 1 custom folder to clear my HTC\HTC Album\Cache and cleared 42 M on my first run. Took me about 2 minutes total with installation. Thanks sooooo much.
