You download the RAR archive on your PC, extract it using Winrar, then copy the cab over to your PPC.

yea, i would do that, but that's where i'm confused at, it isnt a cab at all, it's a folder with a whole bunch of files in it. i tried putting the whole folder in my windows folder, but whenever i try to run the application i get this error message the file s2u2_s2u2 settings' cannot be opened. either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of it's components cannot be found. if the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file. i dont know what i'm doing wrong

Both the software and language archives are corrupt. I got a zip file of the app from another message, but can't find a language file. Can someone upload lang.english.ini?

NOTE: My version of WinRAR (v2.80) was extracting files and not a cab. WinZip extracted a valid cab. I am up and running beautifully now. Great program!

Thanks,
Marc

Ok... dunno, but mine differ and I have no battery issue
Let's see I have
start on backlight off = on (off in mine, just set your on battery idle timeout as desired)
power off in 15s = off
blank on talk on = off

external
start on back light off: on = off

show task count - on = off
show alarm - on = off

Of all of those, it's most likely the first couple that might cause a difference in power usage.

oddly enough... seems that issue has disappeared on its own.

Left my phone out on my desk all day at work and it didn't turn on without me touching it a single time today. Battery is at 80% with about 45 minutes work of calls and an hour of browsing.

I am starting to think that the Intent JVM running Opera Mini was what was draining the battery so much yesterday. I used Opera Mini in the Esmertec JVM today and left it running and battery drain seems much less.
