accidently uninstalled youtube/google program how to reinstall htc touch

i just bought a cricket flashed htc touch and accidently deleted to ppcgeeks prgram and i do not know how to reinstall the proram and i no longer have the inernet and am geting a network log on screen when i try to do anything with the internet on the phone.

can anyone help me

my main qestion is where do i put the tcpmp and the flashbunble on my phone, and how do i install it, do i extract the file into the phone, or ?
