ACR is freeware from XDA....but on the TP you will need to do a reg hack to increase the incoming caller voice. Just read through the two links and the hack are somewhere in all those pages. I cant remember if it really worked on my TP at the very end when I had it at the time. On the TP2 ACR works pretty good. Give it a try, good luck.
