Proxycap unlocks all ports on phone for unlimited web browsing

ok so i found out this "great" program which is supposed to be very cool and all, and people say it DOES work, and it can help you re-route all your web traffic from programs that use ports other than the 80 or 8080 port for everything from receiving email, to using chat programs, and other stuff...

the problem is no one has a post on how to configure it or anything!!

and the worst part is, i haven't seen any posts on how to add a proxy server. from what i understood, i though the program would come with it's own list high speed proxy servers or something, now that i see it doesn't, how am i supposed to find a high speed proxy server that doesn't slow down my mobile browsing??
