SIM manager for CDMA phones?

That's definitely not even vaguely like the opening menu.

You have to set the menu to show all items and not categories

OK, I finally found it.

Unfortunately, it still offers no way to backup SIM contacts. One can copy them to or from device contacts, delete, or edit them, but not back them up.

It doesn't have any abilities that the built-in SIM manager lacks.

Edit: Apparently "save list" means the same thing as "export." Not very straightforward, but it does have basic import/export abilities.
