I would love to see an App that could control Home vs Roaming. I often work in an area were service is provided via Verizon base stations. They allow Sprint roaming too.

I would like to see an app that can switch from home to roaming when the home signal drops below a certain threshold.

For example, it would automatically see that Verizon's signal is at 90% and Sprint's is at 5% so it switches to roaming. It would then monitor the signal and not switch back until the Sprint signal exceeded a user defined threshold.
