I just tried it on my 700WX (WM5), it installs fine, but no-go on it working...oh well...looked cool!!

I installed this on the Mogul and semed to load ok, however, the orientation seems to be upside down. When I click to view the picture it's upside down. Thanks for any suggestions.

This works on the 700WX, I have been using it for a couple months. As stated, it is buggy, and does not have many features, but it is a cool look when showing off your pictures!!!

Nice find! On my mogul it only pulls up my internal memory. How do i make it my default and show up my storage card? Thanks for the help

That's odd...it went right \Storage card\My Documents\My Pictures on my Mogul. What is the default directory set for your camera? It could be reading that, since I've got teh camera storing to the SD card.

I am not sure how would i check that? I also know that when i go to my pictures and video under programs it goes default to my internal memory. Would I change that with the phm regedit?

running WM6 on my 6700 and installs but doesnt run either. huh, oh well

I'm having trouble with the it coming up in landscape(opposite the Mogul's slide even). I changed my path in the htc home plugin registry entry, but that didn't do anything. I tried adding "-mode picture" but it didn't work. Otherwise, thats an amazing program.

i tried this album and it looks great except it eats up a lot of memory. *sigh* had to uninstall i figured i won't be using it as much.

I am partially confused here... I have the touch and thought this whole zoom feature was preinstalled... am i wrong? Also.. will this work on the Sprint Touch?

No need to install on th Touch, it should be there already.

I downloads it and it's amazing I love the touch album thanks guy's and keep up the good work.:^)

I've got it installed on my 6700 running Helmi's WM6 Rom and it runs with no problems. I used myExtensions to associate image files with the album and now all images are opened in the album and not pimg.exe. Also, the gestures for zooming in and out are MUCH easier after you've used it a bit.

Under programs I only have CameraAlbum Icon listed. No HTCAlbum Icon.

I can find HTCAlbum located in My Device>Windows>HTCAlbum

However, if I open the CameraAlbum under programs I get the HTCAlbum functionality.
All Works great except my pics all need to be turned. No biggie. Love the program!

Any one know how I can get this to load the pics from my storage card? Seems like it does for some, but not for others. I tried going through the reg to see if there was something I could change there but didn't see anything. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Tried the reg hack, then renaming my pictures. Neither worked. This was installed with a rom and not a cab, do you think that will make a difference?

Deleted the My Pics from device and now it loads all jpg files. Not exactly what I was looking for but better. Thanks for the help!

if you want the HTC album to open in portrait intead of landscape, the easy way for you because you are new, just unzip the file ad drag it into your device in \windows\start menu\programs so you can run the portrait mode from your start menu.

Hi, I got this to work on my 6700 and can display all my jpg files. However, I still have one question.
When you execute HTC album, there is a thumbnail page containing all the files. Is there a way to "flick or scroll" through these thumbnails to the picture you want to open up instead of opening one picture and then sliding through the rest to get to the one you want?
If not, I'll just have to distract whomever I'm showing the intended picture to until it comes up. LOL

It works the opposite as the Touch.
With the mogul, put your finger on the highlighted pic and just slide your finger to the top or bottom. The boxed pic will follow your finger and any pic passed the top or bottom border will show up.

I would second Sprints700wx's request, but I know it is not as easy to do as it is to request!!!! (but....one can hope!! :-) )

I'm running WM6, my own cooked ROM from the latest kitchen released. HTC Album was one of the OEM available on there. That's the one I execute and haven't had a problem.

Anyone know how I can automatically set so that whenever I take pictures with my camera, it will automatically save to my storage card instead of to /my documents? I have changed the /my pictures in /my documents to _my pictures and am able to see all .jpg pictures just fine, but whenever I take new pictures from my camera, a new /my pictures folder is automatically created and the new pictures are saved in there. If I open HTC Album, I can only see the new pictures I just took, and not the other pictures. In order to see everything again, I would have to move all the new pictures to the _my pictures folder again.

try to redownload this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=344533 and give us some feedback how it works, if it has the portrait and landscape orientation and also saves the pictures on SD card then I will replace the file in the 1st post, Im too busy modifying new commanager to my licking right now.

this version i found on xda was modified to work on more devices, was tested by the guy with a wizard and i tested with my apache but doesnt read/saves pics in SD.
