SMS Chat Skin Question

I'm working a new black skin for SMS chat because I think all the other skins are appalling. I have one question though:

Could anyone tell me where this button appears? I cant seem to find it for the life of me.

I'll post the skin once I figure this out and add a few finishing touches.
