Is there any list button software for quick .mp3/.wav access?

Let me try and explain this. I'm not looking for a program to play .mp3's, as I already have that.

I need a list box of some sort. For example, I have a bunch of Super Mario and a bunch of Family Guy .mp3's. I want to open up the program, select "Super Mario", and have like 9 or 12 displayed in button form. Then I want to go back to the main page, select "Family Guy" an so on. Anything out there?
