HTC Touch Pro recording video /transfer to comp, no sound ?

Hello everyone. I purchased a HTC touch pro a while ago.
A few months ago, i recorded a video using my Touch Pro and then transferred it to my computer (Dell inspiron 1525). I attempted to playback the video, but there was no audio! i then converted the video to another file format (.wmv) and the audio is there.

I just recently recorded another video using my Touch Pro and decided to upload it to my computer. this time, i tried to convert it (using AVC [any video converter]) but it said "No audio stream in this video file". i then tried to convert the video, but the finished product still had no sound =(

when i play the video on my phone, there is sound.
