I am having the same problem.
"Unauthorized user. Sprint Tv Will not exit."
I never used sprint TV since i just got the mogul. I am about to exchanged this for the touch but the keyboard is so sweet.
Also on anther note, can the mogul receive via bluetooth?

Way to stick it to us again sprint. wtf do they not want sprint tv on the mogul i just dont understand.

well it was working. now a pop up says that I am an unauthorized user. bummer. another thread said that someone called cs and they said sprint tv is down for all of sprint network. who knows. I just hope it gets up and running and I get access to all the sprint channels.

and I agree about reading the thread. newbie or not everyone can read. some people are just lazy. I was one of those that answered the same question 4 or 5 different times. I decided just not to answer anymore.
