Sprint TV - Updated 11/3 - ONLY WORKS ON SPRINT TOUCH NOW

I am about to write a book.............O.K., non sprint users will not be able to get this file to work anymore. Sprint has implimented security measures that prevent non Sprint customers from keeping this up and running without paying for it. The only reason mine works (partialy) is because i am a customer and pay for it thanks to an ESN swap a month ago and purchased Sprint tv Premier then. If you are a Sprint customer and can actually hit the purchase on the subscribe now button and it goes through, you will be charged. It will show up in your content manager and it will be on your bill. Please post here if that happens. (Mogul Only, obviously on the touch as their content manager allows them to purchase it.)

SO.....to follow up a previous post, It did not work to do anther ESN swap to an upstage and purchase tv x-tra. It is now on my invoice as a purchase and in my content manager.

End result? Go into this with a set of cache files i managed to back up when it did work. The channels i cannot get: ABC News Now, All the TV X-Tra. Try to purchase (cause if it did let me it would not show up twice on my invoice) and it tells me "Downloading Subscription Information, Please Try Again In A Few Seconds". When it doesnt say that it tells me cannot complete request when try to purchase (like i said...sorry)


The "Call"
Me: I am having trouble with Sprint TV. I cannot see the content i have purchased.
Advance Tech: TV will not work correctly on a Mogul.
ME: I have a touch ROM (not, but i do pay for the channels, it was worth a shot.)
AT: Reinstall the .cab file to update but have been informed that it will not work correcty (on the mogul) untill the ROM is available.

Final Words:
There is something in the current ROM that does not allow the STV to work for prolonged periods of time. It works short term and then something deletes the cache as the program does not allow data access. Meaning in part that there is some code missing that allows the program to connect to the STV server and display the channel listings, icons, content and menus. The menu folder is the last one remaining when the cache clears upon startup. I would assume it will eventualy look like the subscription listings you can display (plus a few more no doubt) to come out with the same number of channels currently available in the lineup on other devices. Or.....(this one is the most probable....) with there being no content available for the mogul listed in the digital lounge, there is no way for our devices to correctly go through the security measures and the cache is actually loaded after the verifaction process, which would also explain why i stil am able to view the premier channels with the cache file i have but can be authenticated in some way. End result is no STV for a few more weeks unless you can hack the network too not just the phone......For Sprint Users. Everone else fend for yourselves as every provider is getting into the TV on your phone game. But get a better provider and you wont have that problem. (REV A) I guess it works with the cache files for some. The Vouge.cab file in this post and the cache.zip are it. That was the last hope. The first menu is the only thing thats working for anyone. I hope this helps as on many forums the chatter is how mad everyone is. Be mad after it is released by Sprint for the mogul and it still doesnt work if you want. But quit bashing them now because or addictions to tech cannot be fufilled by software for another device. We are smart people. We wouldnt be here trying to figure this out right now if we werent. I just want to shine some light for this subject.
I know i just wrote a novel, but if you fell i have provided good information, please provide some positive feedback as i need the rep. I may not post much but i watch this place a lot.
