Welcome aboard!
slide out the keyboard and use the left and right arrow buttons to adjust volume.
Mine this morning had all three menu options and like 40? channels per menu have not stopped to count them all.
The weird part is now when I get out and come back in it won't fire up until I put the spare copy of cache files back in place. (good thing I kept a copy of them)
I am on Sprint SERO and nothing showing so far on my bill.

Hey WickedKlown or mods...could one of you please update the first post so that the latest SprintTV cab and cache zip are both in it (along with instructions)...I think that would save a lot of people some time and headaches.

Good Afternoon:

I installed the SprintTVUpgrade1000Uninstallable.zip application on my PPC-6800 (mogul) which instructed me download a "newer" version last week and this worked. I enjoyed Sprint TV until I had to do the dreaded hard reset over the weekend. I re-installed the original (SprintTVUpgrade1000Uninstallable.zip) application but it kept reporting that the "channel was not available...". I installed the newer version (luckily I kept the .CAB file). I was able to by-pass the Sprint-KnightRider lights, however when I click on Sprint TV it opens the menu and all the options say "loading..." and it doesn't do much more from there on. The device does not appear to be locked up as I am able to access the Sprint TV menu and other WM6 menu options. Has anyone seen this issue? I would hate to have to do another hard reset, but before I do, I wanted to see if anyone had anything for me to try. Thanks.

I grabbed a copy of a coworker's CACHE folder and copied it to my phone... voila... I have sprint TV again. There are a couple glitches, but at least I'm not out of luck where that is concerned. Hope that helps.

how do you do a hard reset,..?? oh and make sure copy the CACHE file onto ur programs and into ur sprint tv folder....

A hard reset will bring your device to factory state erasing ALL your information.

On the Mogul you hold down both soft keys and press the soft reset button with the stylus until a gray screen with directions comes up.
