Sprint TV - Updated 11/3 - ONLY WORKS ON SPRINT TOUCH NOW - Page 46

On the east coast. I used my backup program and got a Deactived User error. So I ran the cab and got the welcome screen and now says Loading. Earlier I had full bars and did a soft reset and still got Loading... on all channels. Mine is out...

My dad, Brother, and myself all have the Mogul and are running SprintTv. Brother's phone started having the same problems. I went through File Explorer/Program Files/SprintTv/Cache/and noticed that I had four folders(Channels, Icons, Lineups, & Menu). He didn't have those folders in his Cache file. I did a simple copy/paste of my Cache file to his SprintTv folder and deleted his old Cache folder. I bet his A$$ twenty that it solved the problem. And, what do you know his SprintTv is working and my pockets are a little heavier now. Hope that helps

My SprintTV is working.... searched my device for a "SprintTV" folder, and nada... Searched for Lineups.... nada.
Ah.... but in \Windows\cache

It did not work in my \windows\cache but did work in my \program files\Sprint TV folder.

I had the loading issue on my 6800 and put the cache in place and now I'm rocking.
(mine was Program Files/SprintTV/Cache... nothing in windows WM6 here)

This does not work on my wife's Q she is an invalid user or something even with the cache files, which where not meant to help that issue but I tried.

does anyone know why these posts all say there are attachments and yet i cant find any links to download? i had to resort to going to another site to download the original cab now i need these folders for the cache. can someone help?
