I called Sprint and talked to a CSR, I have the SERO program, he said i'd be charged 9.99/mo to access the extra channels (Sprint Live TV). Someone said there were no charges added to their account.
So wth, im gonna subscribe and find out at the end of the month. I'm already getting a hell of a deal with SERO. Maybe i can writeoff my $10 for "research". |

[QUOTE=nino63004;103444]anyone know how to uninstall this from the Mogul. its not under the "remove programs".

ok just got off the phone with the guy and he says that there is no way that they can possibly charge any monthly charges for subscribing to any of these channels because there is no sprint tv in there system for any windows mobile devices. so worst case senerio is that when an update does come out it will override the sprint tv on the phone and it wont retain that you signed up for any of the stations.
EDIT: of course you would have to have an unlimited data plan. unless you wanted to spend an arm and a leg on internet usage |
I guess it is best to keep us posted
|
awesome app, im not back to watching discovery channel on the move, thanx
|
cbs is really the only one that doesnt work

I have the Ultimate Vision plan ($25 a month) for my mogul, don't ask why, long story. Anyways, I'll try it and let you know how my bill looks.
|
...im confused.
where did this come from? installing now.. |
Great thanks!
I'm also on Sero with my mogul. I just signed up through the app for something that was $7.95/mo+taxes.
I just paid my bill this am, so it will be a while before I see what shows up on the next bill. Thanks for the app! |

I use Slingbox but yet I'm freaked about this cab. Nothing close to Sling but man, it just feels and looks cooler....
|
has anyone figured out if any of the sprint live channels are actually live?
|
you mean this? http://nfl.mspot.com/NFL4/html/web5.php
|
Anyone know if this will work on the Q? Or is it just for PPC?

well the sprint guy ive been talking to all day is gonna call me before he leaves work and let me know if he finds any charges yet, but im pretty sure there are not gonna be any, i just hope that when sprint tv does come out, if you still have this app you can use it and not get charged.
and what i was wondering is why is USA mobile under sprint live, when i look at tv guide i do not see the correct show on. it seems like they are playing just random stuff. like law and order SVU should be on now |
The way that Sprint bills you on data is on whether you have a data plan or not. If you have a data plan, no matter what program you are using, you shouldn't be charged for this version of Sprint TV because technically all you are doing is transfering data in the form of video. If you do anything as far as the "More Channels" goes will depend on what kind of data plan you have.
|
please send me the file I never can see the files on my mogul for some reason. I really want this BAD please help me out

It works, though not perfectly. I don't get Sprint TV Premier which is part of my package and I can't subscribe to it. Also random channels just don't work.
But, it is better than nothing and THANK YOU to whoever did this! |

works great lots of channels thanx

I just subscribed some $9.99 Live TV package. Does that include the $7.95 premier channels as well, or is that extra too?
Also, did anyone else notice that it displays in the wrong time zone? It shows everything 3 hours behind what it actually is for me. |

Hope your right, just playing devil's advocate. Either way ill find out next billing cycle and like the rest ill add the outcome. |

IF we get charged it will be extra unless you have the "ultimate" package. |
I have SERO, dunno what that includes.

Thank you. |
the man on the phone told me that there is no way they can charge us. cause to them its still a 3rd party app since its not released yet. so they cant charge us for something that they dont officially offer.
|
i wanna sign up for the package but the last thing i need is my wife griping that i added more money to our bill.
