Switch Roaming Mode

Made this for someone over on xda-developers, but thought it might be useful to the folks here as well, basically it just swtichs from sprint-only/automatic mode to roaming or vice versa.

Tested on Mogul/WM6.

Source code is included (based off the tstril source code).
