just out of curiosity...have u tried forcing the phone app to close as opposed to minimizing. Perhaps that might be a temporary fix?

Uhmm I have not, however, I don't see the Phone app anywhere. It does not show under running programs or under HTC X Button's task manager.

I will post it when I get home today after class, however, I have posted issues with other of their apps in the past and have never received a response from them.

I feel this has to do with the core elements of the app since it installs a battery meter on the Start bar where the Touch already has one. At the beginning I thought it was the finger scrolling interfering with TouchFLO, but then I performed a hard reset and used the EXE to re-install without Pocket Plus' finger scrolling.

With my Sprint Mogul, I found when I upgraded to version 4, I have more memory available (from about usual 12 mb to about 17-18 with version 4) and it seems to be faster after using for a few days. I like it.

I have been running PP4 with both the WM5 and now WM6, and the only issues I noticed were conflicts with other apps that basically do the same thing. With WM6 from the new kitchen I found if I uncheck the file explorer, open/save dialog, and buttons I get better performance/speed. I do like the fact it's smaller size saves on memory, and smart scrolling is da bomb!

HOLLER at Spb Software. PocketPlus 4.01 is awesome.

HTC Home vs. Pocket Plus
For those who ask about HTC Home vs. PPlus. Not even a question. PPlus is better. For those that really want the big LCD clock... why not throw in a hot rlToday skin as your "primary" or first tab in Plus, thats what I did.

Mobile Shell gone?
I still have Mobile Shell installed as well because the Spb Menu is one of my best friends (sad, I know lol but I have other friends too). And I also thoroughly enjoy the Lite Weather Tab and the THREE photo dial tabs that Mobile Shell puts on your device. Because of the great modularization of Pocket Plus, I am fairly confident that Spb is going to merge Mobile Shell into Plus in the near future. Just look at the SpbClub forums, the customers are begging for it (youll see plenty of my posts there too lol)

Calendar Solution
I was along with some, slightly annoyed that I couldnt get the Stock calendar plug into my Plus tabs, HOWEVER do a google search for Mohairsoft and download Calender+ plugin. It is amazingly simplistic like the stock plugin but ever so customizable in what information it displays instead of just the next and/or upcomming appt (choice of X number of the next days/appts/weeks yadda yadda).

and finally....
How about post some screenshots on how you are implementing your tabs and designs and what not so we can inspire each other lol.

Heres mine...

OK, so if I click on the battery % it switches to something like 0:08. What does that mean? I thought time, but it doesn't seem to correlate to time.

It seemed to be time when I did as well, but I changed back to % when I used it.

It is the estimated time remaing on your device, if you just installed PPlus, dont listen to the estimated time, its wrong lol.

The Spb Support reccommend to let PPlus learn your devices battery for a while, so I would say let you battery run down a couple times before charging and let PPlus learn the statistical amount of time you have remaining.
