Change the location of 'Temporary Internet Files'

Change the location of 'Temporary Internet Files':

When browsing the web, pages and images are saved in the 'Temporary Internet Files' location. You can change this location to, for example, your Storage Card:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Exp lorer\Shell Folders\Cache = "\Storage Card\cacheie" (REG_SZ string, no quotes)
To return to the original location:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Exp lorer\Shell Folders\Cache = "\Windows\Profiles\guest\Temporary Internet Files" (REG_SZ string, no quotes)

Wow, I can download 200 MB video files to my storage card. :P

Thanks for the nice find. I tried to download a 25 MB video file onto my 2 GB storage cards but I realized it couldn't take more than 18 MB.

BTW: Opera does not take up your entire cache when dowloading files larger than your avaliable memory, of course as long as you save it to your memory card.

I was able to this hack on pre WM5 devices w/o issues but PIE closes out by itself on 3 different WM5 devices. Moving back the temp folders was the only fix.

Never had issues with Opera cache on storage card though.

From what I've seen on my Treo 700wx, moving the PIE temp. files to the SD card causes PIE to crash after sometime. I'd stay away from this, unless you want to perform numerous soft-resets.
