Remove/disable Text Message Retry App

Hey guys. Since upgrading to WM6 I now have a Text Message Retry app that sends me additional notifications EVERY TIME I send a text message. I was wondering how I can remove or disable this app.

This is also happening to me. Not only does it give me message failure messages about messages that were successfull sent, but it also gives me retry options for messages older than a month! I have no texts in the cache to dismiss in my text message retry area.
