Repeat Notifications--Turn them on

Repeat Notifications--Turn them on
This will enable the "Repeat" option within Sounds and Notifications for Phone: Missed Call.

\HKCU\ControlPanel\Notifications\{A877D660-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408}

Options
Value data: 1073741845
Decimal

Changing this registry setting enables the Repeat option as well as "Flash Light for 15 minutes". You can make changes to any of the options, as needed and the Repeat should stay enabled.

Alternatively, you can do a quick FIND within your registry for "missed call" and this should help you to quickly locate the proper key.

This is great! I tried to assign a different value 1073741849, and I was also able to enable the Repeat check box. What is the difference between the two values? The sound does repeat but it happens only at random interval and with the Display Message On Screen unchecked.

The notification sounds more frequent in the beginning and gradually less frequent between successive sounds. Any idea where there is a setting to control the frequency and time interval between sound?

By the way, I am changing it for the New Email Notification event. Thanks again!

Cheers,
Tony

I tried this and it seems to work well. Beeps once every 10 seconds for the first 3 repeats, then every 30 seconds. I didn't listen to it much longer than that.

I did notice that if the phone is set to vibrate, none of these settings apply. Is that a different place in the registry?
