It is not the carrier...since its Microsoft who builds the roms not the carriers...that interval is something that was discovered about 8 months ago by Superman369 from SmartPhoneJunkie.com and is what I (ATR) use in our roms....that is one part of the battery improvements i have made with the roms...

so either you flashed one of our roms, or someone else is using the tweaks from our roms.
