You need a good registry editor for starters... I myself use Resco Registry which is packaged with one of the best file explorers to date IMHO... It's not free so if u don't wanna go that route try PHM Registry Editor

yeah, phm is real simple.
But if you'd link anon, message me with the reg tweaks you'd like,
and I'll cab them up so you just have to install like a regular program.

Really nice. So would i need that program or do I just ask u about these cab files that do everything for me. Tweaking my phone like that, i might brick my phone lol. Thats why i scared to get a cooked rom, I rather wait for an offical update from sprint or htc if it comes. I dont know about anybody else but my tp came without the word completion so I feel dumb sometimes in front of grammer nazis. O yeah sorry for jacking the thread.

Which one should phm file should I get? The site said the best one was the desktop installer with active sync. There was also a cab file that was i think arm/psx 2002-2003 version, any clue?

Activesync will choose the right cab for your phone to install.
That's probably why they said its the best one.
But I'm 99.9% sure it's the arm cab.
That's what I've used on my TP and Vogue.

Ok thanks, well the only problem is i wouldnt even know what reg tweaks to ask for yeah sorry noob here. I have a ? to ask you. Why cant i use ie or opera to post on this site. I can u skyfire but not any of those. You figure being called ppcgeeks i would work on any thing hehelol but when you have the time et me know plz thank you

I have no problem posting on the site using either
(although I hate anything internet explorer. )

a stock one? a custom?

Use the .USERCP"link at the top and change "Message Editor Interface to Standard and you can post/reply.

Not sure if this was mentioned yet, and it works with both the Touch Pro and Diamond -- This registry tweak will eliminate the lag when taking a picture with the camera. It'll also help eliminate a lot of those 'ghosting' pictures that I'm sure all of you have taken.

In your favorite registry editor go to:
HKLM/Software/HTC/Camera/Captparam/
and set
CaptureTimer = 0 (default=5000 - in DEC)
