I use RARLab's WinRAR: http://www.rarlab.com/ and have set it to make a ZIP (instead of the default RAR) when I created the ZIP file. I've downloaded it again and can extract it fine. I've also tried extracting it w/ the default archiver that comes built into the Windows XP shell and that seems to work fine also.
Download it and try again?
