Which cache tweaks are really necessary?

I noticed only 2 cache tweaks are already set in hemi's latest R4... so im suspecting thats optimal and nothing else needs to be adjusted?

Theres font cache, file system cache, filter cache, etc..
but which ones are really necessary that wont inhibit such a mem drainage for a long uptime?

Which ones are you guys really using?
