Hmmm...I enabled the Turbo Mode, and Smooth Scrolling, and set my max tabs to 7. I saved, and then restarted Opera. It sat on the loading screen for 30 seconds or so, and then didn't open Opera. WTF.

EDIT:
Weird. I reclicked on the Internet icon, and this time it opened right up. Strange.
