Is there a chance of Techies here improving on the ROM/Registry?

1) Recognize larger then 4GB MicroSD card.

2)Allow Contacts to be stored on external memory.

3)When in Flight Mode to have the phone vibrate for reminder alarms set in the Calender.

4)Volume increase hack for those hard of hearing.

5)Ringer increase.
