Question Block Call Log Access

Is there anyway to block a user from deleting the call logs. We have several HTC6700 at work and my boss would like to know if it is possible to block this. If it is not possible, is there any alternative to log the calls somewhere else where the user cannot retrieve them, or even a way to send them to a recycle bin type of deal? If anyone knows how to do this, or if there is a software that we can purchase to do this, please let us know.

Assuming the company owns the phones, I would think the boss could look at the call logs in the online invoices at the carrier's website, or at least get the carrier to send them to him.

Yes, we do have access to all of the call reports, however, we would like to have the capability to monitor calls more real time. The company only offers monthly reports.
