Why is there no Blocked caller ID ringtone?

I have searched everywhere for an answer to this question. I can't find any info on why there is no setting.

If its blocked by the carrier there wouldnt be one, if its blocked by 3rd party software you should contact them. I wasn't aware the phones had caller ID blocking built in.

PhotoContacts Pro gives me the option to set ringtones for Private IDs and unknown #s

I just figured there would be a setting. I am I the only one that thinks this is weird

It is weird, I set the people I don't wish to hear from to have a 'silent' ringtone. Everyone in my contact list has the default ringtone, all else ring silent.
