Mode of Operation
HKLM\SOFTWARE\OEM\PhoneSetting\HiddenPreferenceMod e change value from 1 to 0. This will give you a option in the phone menu for a choice of either 1x only, EVDO only, or a mixture of both aka Hybrid. Great for those places where you are on the edge of service and phone jumps from one to the other.

It will be included but as far as making a .cab I dunno cuz its only changing a 1 to 0 so that should be simple enough.
