Lightbulb Improve Recorded Video Quality
From what it seems like, a simple .CAB can improve the video quality taken on your phone.. While it was originally designed for the HTC Touch HD, I do believe this will work on any HTC Device that uses the HTC Task Manager... XDA created the .CAB...

I uploaded the .CAB so you can install it... I feel like I get better video quality after using this... Do you?

For this to work, you have to record in MPEG-4... The stock recording format for the Touch Pro is H.263 I believe...

After you have the video app open, click on the sprocket looking icon, then click on advanced, then down to capture format, then switch it to MPEG-4...

That is what the .CAB is supposed to do, yes.. It is supposed to improve the video quality of video's taken in the MPEG-4 video format...
