Improve Recorded Video Quality

From what it seems like, a simple .CAB can improve the video quality taken on your phone.. While it was originally designed for the HTC Touch HD, I do believe this will work on any HTC Device that uses the HTC Task Manager... XDA created the .CAB...

Hope you like it ricket... So you know, this will increase the usage memory of the Video App... I am not sure if it will work on the Titan, so if it does/does not, please let me know! Thanks!

Ahh... You soft resetted I assume? Too bad... Are you recording in MPEG-4? I think the stock recording format is H.263...

After you have the video app open, click on the sprocket looking icon, then click on advanced, then down to capture format, then switch it to MPEG-4...

That is what the .CAB is supposed to do, yes.. It is supposed to improve the video quality of video's taken in the MPEG-4 video format...
