didn't see some of these - good performace/SDCard stability

Waiting for the custom rom, I figured I would do a little more tweaking

Rather then duplicate it here, this is the link and it's the top post at that link:

http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/ppc-6...stable-12.html

I had about half those already, but the power state stuff and driver unloading settings were new to me. I've put them all in, did a soft reset ***, and it's stable so far. Will post a followup re battery hit if any or problems if any.

Seems snappy after these... hard to say for sure. Power on is clearly faster, and if I'm in total commander browsing the storage card and then power off, even wait several minutes, and power back on it is instant on and still alive and browsing the card, so the card is staying in a warm-standby instant on state now.

*** if you regedit and then need to soft reset you need to do one or all of the following...
* do not just jam the reset button right away - the reg is still in cache incl. your changes
* turn off via power button
* wait a few seconds
* turn back on
* repeat if you are superstitious
* if possible, soft reset via a software app (I use InClose, which has a reset option)
After reboot do check to see if your changes are still there
